Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: “GTC”) apply to the NussFee Webshop (hereinafter: “Shop”). By visiting and using the Shop, you accept the GTC as well as our Legal Provisions and Privacy Policy, which are an integral part of these GTC.

Delivery conditions

We guarantee you a high product quality, as well as compliance with the label standards for the products which are certified (Fairtrade, organic, or both). If a product is exceptionally damaged or spoiled, we will take the goods back within 14 days and cancel the product on your invoice. If an item is out of stock, we will not charge for it. After consultation with you, we will resupply the product at a later date or alternatively offer you a replacement product. Only then will we invoice you for this product. Guarantee/Delivery terms/Return

NussFee guarantees that all ordered products will leave our warehouses in perfect quality. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact our consumer service department by email (info@nussfee.ch). If a delivered item is damaged or does not correspond to the ordered goods, you can return this item within a period of 14 days after receipt. If an article is not available or only available later due to force majeure or lack of own supply, we reserve the right to make a replacement offer to the buyer regarding the product that is not available.
