General Terms and Conditions (GTCs)
Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: “GTC”) apply to the NussFee webshop of NuFeGo Swiss by Ghirlanda (hereinafter: “Shop” or operator). By visiting and using the Shop, you accept the GTC as well as our Legal Provisions and Privacy Policy, which are an integral part of these GTC.

The offer of the Shop may include goods and services. All sales, deliveries and other services are provided exclusively in accordance with these terms and conditions. All questions or complaints in connection with these terms and conditions can be submitted in writing by e-mail to our consumer service (info@nussfee.ch).
In connection with order processing, NussFee processes, among other things, personal data provided by you. NussFee may use this for operational and statistical purposes. You expressly authorize NussFee to disclose to authorized third parties (e.g., warehouse operators, postal service, delivery service, etc.) any data necessary for processing your orders and shipping the goods (such as name, billing address, shipping address, etc.). Right of use
The use of the store is reserved exclusively for natural persons or legal entities with unlimited capacity who wish to order our products for their own use or as a gift for third parties. The data required for the order, such as surname, first name, address, e-mail address, etc., must be provided completely and truthfully.
Offer and conclusion of contract
The presentation of our assortment does not constitute a binding offer to conclude a contract. By placing an order, you make a binding offer and thereby also accept the applicable terms and conditions. NussFee reserves the right to decide whether to accept this offer. The purchase contract is concluded by the customer’s order in the store and its acceptance by NussFee. The prices on the day of the order, which are listed in the store, apply. The Swiss value added tax is included in the price. Employees of NussFee are not authorized to verbally agree to different conditions or to give assurances. If information about an article of the assortment has been wrong, NussFee will make you a counter-offer, which you are free to accept.
Delivery area
The delivery area is limited to Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
Delivery conditions
We guarantee you a high product quality, as well as compliance with the label standards for the products which are certified (Fairtrade, organic, or both). If a product is exceptionally damaged or spoiled, we will take the goods back within 14 days and cancel the product on your invoice. If an item is out of stock, we will not charge for it. After consultation with you, we will resupply the product at a later date or alternatively offer you a replacement product. Only then will we invoice you for this product. You will find more detailed product information under the respective item on our website or with the delivered item. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information.
Guarantee/Delivery terms/Return
NussFee guarantees that all ordered products will leave our warehouses in perfect quality. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact our consumer service department by email (info@nussfee.ch). If a delivered item is damaged or does not correspond to the ordered goods, you can return this item within a period of 14 days after receipt. The item must be sent in the original packaging and accompanied by a copy of the invoice to the following address:

If an article is not available or only available later due to force majeure or lack of own supply, we reserve the right to make a replacement offer to the buyer regarding the product that is not available. The buyer is free to accept the replacement offer or to withdraw from the purchase contract with regard to the non-deliverable item. Under the above conditions, NussFee undertakes to refund the purchase price paid by the buyer as well as the postage costs or to subsequently deliver another item of equal value.
Pricing and availability of products
All prices of goods are in Swiss Francs, excluding postage/shipping costs. For private customers, value added tax is included in the price. Late payment, reminder fees, interest on arrears
Payment for goods is made by credit card, or by other means of payment provided in the store. NussFee reserves the right to generally or in individual cases exclude or restrict certain payment methods and means.

In the event of late payment, the seller is entitled to charge reminder fees in the amount of CHF 25 per reminder. We reserve the right to claim further damages for delay. After unsuccessful reminders, the debt collection procedure can be continued. It is pointed out that with each reminder further costs may arise, which will be charged to the debtor.
If the customer is in default of payment of the amount due, interest on arrears will be charged retroactively at the rate of 5% per annum. We reserve the right to assert further claims for damages caused by delay.
Payment by sending cash or checks is unfortunately not possible. We exclude any liability in case of loss.
Order confirmation
All orders will be confirmed by email. The electronic confirmation for the execution of your order creates a contractual relationship Since our delivery is triggered immediately, a cancellation on your part is basically no longer possible.
Liability
Claims for damages arising from delay, impossibility of performance, culpa in contrahendo and non-contractual liability are excluded, unless the damage was caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part.
Cancellation policy
According to Swiss law, there is no right of withdrawal for food. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges of purchased food. However, if you have a problem with your order, please contact us so we can find a solution.
Final remarks
NussFee reserves the right to change these GTC at any time and without giving reasons. Such changes do not apply to orders already placed. All contracts that come into being through the use of the store, as well as these General Terms and Conditions, are subject to Swiss law to the exclusion of international private law, in particular the Vienna Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Place of performance and jurisdiction is Zurich (ZH). Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Swiss law shall apply to matters not regulated in these General Terms and Conditions.
