General terms and conditions for the customer-acquire-customer program (KWK-AGB)

1. Eligibility: The refer-a-customer program is open to all customers who are at least 18 years old and have a valid account with us.
2. Program details: The referrer (“Referrer”) receives a voucher if the referred (“Referred”) makes a purchase for at least Fr. 80 or more transacts. Recruited persons cannot be family members living at the same address.
3. Voucher conditions: Vouchers can only be used once and are not transferable. They cannot be paid out in cash and may have an expiration date set by the store operator. Vouchers can only be used for purchases in the operator’s store. Currently, the vouchers expire after 90 days.
4. Abuse: Any abuse of the program, such as creating fake accounts or using the program for commercial purposes, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the customer’s account and loss of all vouchers (including regularly purchased ones).
5. Disclaimer: The store operator reserves the right to modify, interrupt or terminate the program at any time and is not liable for any technical malfunctions or errors that may occur during the implementation of the program.
6. Privacy: All personal information collected through the program will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
7. Changes to the terms and conditions: The Shop Operator reserves the right to change the KWK T&C of the Program at any time and without prior notice. Participants are responsible for informing themselves about the current conditions.
