The secret lies in the care we take: Our almonds are roasted slowly at a moderate temperature, without any salt or other additives. This preserves the structure of the kernel while the natural sugars and oils inside transform into delicate roasted aromas. The result is a warm, deep nutty aroma with a subtle sweet note—significantly more intense than that of unroasted almonds, yet never bitter or burnt. Roasting at too high a temperature would destroy precisely these delicate flavors, which is why we take our time with the process.

Roasted almonds are the perfect snack, but they also taste great as a topping on salads, muesli, or soup; in bread dough; or coarsely chopped over vegetables and desserts.

To protect our environment, these little pleasures are plastic-free packaging wrapped, hand-packed, and hand-sewn.
