Our organic raisins are made from light-colored Sultana grapes of the Thompson Seedless variety, which are known for their natural sweetness and seedless texture. This grape variety is one of the most popular in the world and has been used for high-quality raisins for many years.

The grapes are harvested when fully ripe and then gently dried. This gives them their typical medium to dark brown color and pleasantly sweet, mild taste. Compared to other raisins, raisins are usually somewhat lighter in color, softer and fruitier in aroma.

The natural drying process concentrates the sweetness of the grapes without having to add anything. The result is raisins with their own unique fruitiness – soft in consistency, round in taste and completely free from artificial additives.

Raisins have always been a prized dried fruit and an indispensable ingredient in many cuisines. Their fine, uncomplicated sweetness makes them a particularly versatile and at the same time very original natural product.

At NussFee, we attach great importance to quality and sustainability. Our raisins are carefully selected and free from artificial additives. We pack them in plastic-free packaging, which is packed and sewn by hand.
