Description
Organic mulberries light – mildly sweet & natural 🤍
The light-colored organic mulberries are one of the more quiet treasures among dried fruits. Originally, mulberry trees grow in warm regions of Asia, the Middle East and also in parts of Europe – their fruits have been valued and used in a variety of ways for centuries.
Our light mulberries come from certified organic cultivation in Turkey and are gently dried to preserve their natural flavor as much as possible. On the tree, they look a little like blackberries, but their taste is much milder and pleasantly sweet.
Typical of light mulberries is their fine, honey-like sweetness, which does not require any added sugar. Their slightly soft, yet somewhat grainy texture makes them particularly interesting – a natural product with its very own character.
Mulberries were already valued in earlier cultures, including in connection with silk production, as their leaves form the food basis for silkworms. The fruit itself always stood for natural sweetness and original enjoyment.
Dried mulberries are still popular today for those who like it gently sweet and unadulterated. They have a natural, restrained sweetness that is pleasantly different from more intense dried fruits.
A simple, honest product – characterized by sun, origin and gentle processing 🌱

vielen Dank NussFee – ich habe mir gleich die hellen und die schwarzen Maulbeeren bestellt. Beide sehr lecker, die hellen sind etwas süsser, die dunklen sind meine Favoriten.
