The natural coconut strips with their firm consistency and dark outer skin are simply addicting. Due to the gentle drying at only 45 °, much of the good coconut oil is retained, which is reflected in the fine coconut aroma. The light, white pulp has a firm consistency and they are cut thicker than our wafer-thin, roasted coconut chips.
Our coconut products are imported from the growing areas of Sri Lanka, Vietnam or the Philippines and are of course harvested by humans (and without the use of monkeys as “harvest workers”).
