Organic black mulberries – intense, fruity & unadulterated 🖤

Organic black mulberries are among the most aromatic representatives of their kind. They probably originate from northern Persia and have been prized for centuries in various regions of Asia and the Middle East. Like their light-colored relatives, they grow on mulberry trees, whose fruits are visually reminiscent of elongated blackberries.

Our black mulberries come from controlled organic cultivation in Turkey and are dried particularly gently. This preserves their intense, slightly fruity-sour taste, which clearly distinguishes them from the mildly sweet light mulberries.

The dark color and strong aroma are typical of this variety. Compared to the lighter varieties, they are somewhat deeper, fuller-bodied and less honey-sweet – rather fruity and full of character, with a pleasant balance of sweetness and fine acidity.

Important to know: Black mulberries are often artificially colored, for example with fruit juice concentrates. Ours, on the other hand, are natural and do not contain any additives. So you get exactly what the fruit naturally provides – unchanged and honest.

Mulberries were already mentioned as a special fruit in ancient oriental tales. To this day, they stand for original enjoyment and natural sweetness – in this version with a little more depth and expression.

To ensure that our mulberries are not only delicious, but also environmentally friendly, we only use pure Paper packaging. Plastic is not used in our products. However, our commitment to sustainability goes beyond packaging. For every pack sold, we will work with you to fund a tree in collaboration with Trees for Change and the Eden Reforestation Project. With this project, we support the reforestation of forests and contribute to climate protection.
